Welcome to LinkBio. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before creating your account or using the service.
1. The Service
LinkBio provides a tool to create a personal page containing multiple links that you can share through a single URL. The service includes an auto-generated QR code, visitor analytics, and appearance customization options depending on your subscription plan.
2. Registration & Account
To use the platform you must create an account using your email address or a Google account. The username you choose forms your public page address — it is exclusive and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
3. Subscription Plans
Free Plan: Unlimited links with drag-and-drop ordering, media embeds (YouTube), predefined templates, an auto-generated QR code, and 28-day analytics.
Starter Plan (paid): Everything in the Free plan, plus: custom backgrounds (image & video), link animations, redirect-style links, link scheduling (Asia/Riyadh timezone), 90-day analytics with deeper breakdowns, and tracking pixel integration (Snapchat, TikTok, Meta Ads).
4. Payment & Starter Subscription
Upgrading to the Starter plan is done by bank transfer or approved payment services (STC Pay / Urpay), then uploading the payment receipt through the platform. Our team reviews the receipt and manually activates the subscription. No automated payment processing is currently available. Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not publish content or add links that lead to:
- Material that violates Islamic law or the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Content that promotes fraud, deception, or scams.
- Infringement of intellectual property rights or privacy.
- Content that incites hatred or violence.
- Malware or phishing content.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete violating accounts without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you publish on the platform remains yours. You grant LinkBio a limited license to display that content to visitors for the purpose of operating the service. All trademark rights and platform design remain the property of LinkBio.
7. Suspension & Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable after activation.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. The platform is not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on user-published content or from service interruptions due to causes beyond its control.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts in the Kingdom.
